I do not receive messages from my buyers or the sellers I have contacted .

I do not receive messages via email . Messages are in my inbox. 

If I reply and tick send copy to my email nothing is happening. This makes it difficult to sell and buy. 

I have  conntacted Ebay via chat but well all it was was a chat . 

Before you ask 

Checked spam filter , cleaned browsing data etc etc . 

What else can I do ?

Have you checked your email notification settings in your settings?

As suggested select account then communication prefs.

Then check Notification Delivery Format.

Settings are all ok and emails as well. After all it worked for 10 - 12 years . I receive promotional emails from ebay daily . 

But no more message email. Only option I have is to log in and check for messages received. This can be slow .
