Item delivered, tracking says delivered, but ebay still show on board for delivery

Hi

My Item was delivered to my customer yesterday, tracking says delivered, but ebay still shows on board for delivery.

How do I fix this? PayPal won't release my funds until it is marked delivered in the ebay system. I have an ebay message from my customer who is pleased and loved my service so he definitely has it. I also have a POD.

If you have online tracking that shows delivered then call PayPal and present them with web address showing so.

Ok great, I called them and they confirmed delivery and are releasing the payment.

I am surprised the payment was put on hold in the first place. The agent claims it is because I have never sold anything over $100 before!! That is a pretty low figure to start holding payments. Especially on an account with 100% feedback and has been open since 2004. 6 transactions in the last 6 months!

Overkill. I have never even had 1 item in dispute in my whole history.
