I purchased an item 30 days ago, Ebay Commerce Australia Pty Ltd, payment made. I have not received the item and it is not showing up in "My Purchase History', (although another purchase made 2 days prior by the same seller is showing up) I can not get in touch with Ebay, nor Ebay Commerce Australia Pty Ltd, the only proof of purchase is via my Pay Pal receipt. I have returned the email receipt with explanation to Pay Pal. Is this the only avenue open to me?????

Was the purchase cancelled? Items disappear from the purchase history if orders are cancelled, although you can find them under cancelled orders at the bottom of the purchase history page.
You can contact eBay via live chat from the help page.

Nope... not in cancelled.... no record of it anywhere,...except via my Pay Pal receipt which was emailed to me by Pay Pal. Can't contact Ebay via Live Chat as "is not available" , can't email them, can't msg them, cant phone them. The seller also cannot be contacted as I have no contact details, just like Ebay.

Did you purchase the item under another eBay account? Or perhaps under a guest account?

Live chat should be available right now, but if it isn't, wait until after the long weekend, and you will definitely be able to contact them.

I only have one acc. Been using it for many years. Never had this happen before.

Be good if I could send EBAY a screen shot, with all the details on it. However, they obviously don't want people contacting them.

Take a screenshot, upload it; to a site where you can share images and give them the link in a live chat.
Not quite straightforward, I agree, but unfortunately I think that's all you can do at the moment.
