Just lately (within the last two weeks) ebay has been freezing up two of my devices. Any ideas ?

Just lately, within the last two weeks, ebay has been freezing up two of my devices one laptop (runs on adsl2)  and one tablet (runs on 4g).  It happens regardless of whether I use Internet explorer or chrome, both of which are up to date.   I have cleared my cache and cookies to no avail.  Have you any ideas as to why this is all of a sudden happening ?  I literally have to reboot every 5 mins or so when I am on ebay.

Try this, may be it is your computer and not eBay, If NBN or ADSL turn off the computer and the router at the wall. Reboot the whole system. Run your anti-virus, such as McAfee, or Windows Defender, and do a full scan. Then clear all cookies, history and cached data.

Then turn off power for the computer and router and NBN equipment at the wall again.

After 5 minutes reboot. Then try to log on.

I have had no trouble with speed and loading of pages on the eBay.com.au site.

First clear all cookies, history and cached data first.

I Use the Microsoft Edge browser which is part of Windows 10 plus all the updates.

Microsoft Edge has its own ad blocker just click on the sign at the top right and corner.
