Does anyone know how to resolve the "One time payment" issue I'm having. Im getting a message the account is restricted until I make a payment of $0.00 . Of course it won't let me pay $0 LOL
Go to the link below, scroll to the bottom and use the "contact us" feature, at some stage you should be able to ask for a CS rep rather than go through the bot.
