Phone or computer?
Have you, in the past, excluded all other countries in your settings, using the 'apply to all current and future listings' but now whish to sell overseas again?
We can really only make guesses with just a heading and zero information in the body of your post

Most of These are items already in the selling domain. Also have found that new or revised items show the flat rate for international in preview then once listed has disappeared. Have had two items for international postage revert to zero , therefore at my cost.
