Problem with Ebay store Mark as Sent option and tracking removed from last 2 listings

Anyone having technical issues with their Store?  I receive an error message when I try to mark an item as sent, and now the tracking from the last 2 items sent has vanished.  Not much help from Ebay.  Was told to log out and log in and check it on Monday to see if it fixed the issue.   IT DIDN't.  The next suggestion was to reassure me even though I was receiving an error message to just ignore it and see if it rectified.  IT HASN'T.  I had to ask for the issue to be sent to someone technical to fix,  still not fixed and have heard nothing.  Now the tracking has disappeared from my last 2 sent items.   What am I paying a Store subscription fee for, if my store is broken?    Any idea how to get this resolved.  Considering stopping my subscription or closing my store altogether,  my sales have plummeted since the Mark item as Sent option showed errors which has been around 3 weeks now.

Go to an item you’re selling>>>>3 dots in a circle (top right of page on app)>>>>report technical issue.
