My purchase history is working fine, I'm using Firefox with Win 10. It could be a log-in loop, have you tried clearing cookies and cache then rebooting your computer ?

Yes, i ran ccleaner and then rebooted, also tried loging in with google crome but no success.

ccleaner won't necessarily remove your browser history, maybe try that.
My computer guru also did not recommend using ccleaner, so I've never used it on my newish desktop.

Been unable to access purchase history for about 5 hours now, cleared cache, rebooted twice. still not working.
