Hello and thank you for responce. I just went to purchase history and now get a error message (Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later.) with red exclamation mark. so I am unable to veiw recent orderers. was ok thismorning. Using Windows 10 64bit and Microsoft Edge.

My purchase history is working fine, I'm using Firefox with Win 10. It could be a log-in loop, have you tried clearing cookies and cache then rebooting your computer ?

Yes, i ran ccleaner and then rebooted, also tried loging in with google crome but no success.

ccleaner won't necessarily remove your browser history, maybe try that.

 

My computer guru also did not recommend using ccleaner, so I've never used it on my newish desktop.

cleared cache ect, and rebooted. reset password and trying to get to ebay using crome but still waiting for athentification code
