Trying to post but get error message

I've been trying to print a postage label but keep getting an error message. Don't even get to the screen to enter dimensions or weight. Repeated error

Try this, may be it is your computer and not eBay, If NBN or ADSL turn off the computer and the router at the wall. Reboot the whole system. Run your anti-virus, such as McAfee, or Windows Defender, and do a full scan. Then clear all cookies, history and cached data.

Re boot .

Tried that and tried iPad, desktop and laptop

HUH? No mention of switching the browser to edge that comes with windows 10? It appears you missed half your standard cut and paste reply to every single person you reply to.

Maybe that is because it has been pointed out numerou times that not everybody has acces to Windows 10 and Edge.
