What's the point of this board?

Every issue that has been stated on here AND reported has had no action taken on them.

Which means that they have a Technical Issues board that they put in place that they don't read.

If it's Technical issue then it's up to eBay to fix and respond to it,(as members can't help/fix these issues).

So once again as has happened previously they make changes to the boards and state that they will "help"

and be more pro active but once again that's found to be untrue.

Once again other sites get help and contact but eBay AU is treated like a Mushroom,stubborn_smiley_by_mirz123-d4bt0te_zps12f1a5a3.gif

With all the "glitches" on this site at present it's pointless listing items,(that's IF you can list items).

Then off course they have to be seen by buyers and those buyers will have to be able to access those listings

and then be able to read the entire description and then pay for the item,(then if they don't have any problems

the seller will actually get a sale),good.gif

I haven't had a problem listing items so far,(but there is always tomorrow),Whistle.gif

It is now a month since the last Q & A session with the ebay reps and I have not seen an ebay techie anywhere on the boards, let alone in here answering questions.

The new boards were a total waste of time if you ask me.  We were told the new boards and layout were going to make it easier for members to post in the right place but there have been more threads moved by the Moderators than ever before.

It's not even tomorrow and I went to relist 3 auction items that finished and they came up as fees of $4.95,(not

free as they are supposed to be so I cancelled the relist).

So I was going to see if I could get them listed by doing them individually.

I can't as they are gone and are no longer in unsold.

So I had to click on one of my listings > select See other items > Select Completed listing > Select End Date:

recent first and then click on the recently finished item > Select Relist at the top >Change the listing to BIN and

list the item.

Select each item that was relisted and revise it from 30 days back to the 7 it was when it was in auction

format,(when I changed it the BIN default is 30 days),stubborn_smiley_by_mirz123-d4bt0te_zps12f1a5a3.gif

All that to relist 3 items for free that should've been done together as one lot,Angry head bang.gif

Just in case an employee might see this,(any one seen any flying pigs or a blue moon?)rofl.gif

eBay the site is a mess please

fix it.

What's the point of this board?

And the fact that two of the stories I've gotten were 'techs are working on it'  (like they are working on all the other errors that are still going after weeks

Might I suggest they either stop telling whoopers or they hire techs that actually know how to fix...........................anything

What's the point of this board?

They're giving away more money in vouchers than what they're making in fees at the moment so where's the money going to come from to fix the mess???

The site is the worst I've ever seen it and I'm surprised there are still any buyers around!
