Where can you find the eVTN if is override by an address?

When I download the eBay CSV file, some buyers have missing eBay Virtual Tracking Number (eVTN) as they have typed in their address on the address 1 line.  Where can you find the eVTN for that customer?

Buyers do not type anything. eBay's system does it all.

I wouldn't bother - it makes no difference to AP's tracking. It seems to be something between eBay and AP. A lot of sellers don't use it, especially if hand writing addresses. And it can corrupt the actual address if 2 address lines are used by the buyer, a common occurrence.
