Why can't I change my email address in my account settings?

I have been trying to change my email address and keep getting redirected out to login which I have done a gazillion times and stil cant update my current email address. CAN YOU HLEP PLEASE?

Sounds like a sign in loop.

Clear cookies and temp internet files and also clear your browser history.

Then restart computer and use Chrome as a browser to try again.
