cannot print shipping labels

It's been 6 days since putting in a request stating that I cannot print any sendle shipping labels over 250 grams.  I find sendle to be more economical to send with.  I am having to charge more on shipping with AP

How long does this issue take to fix

Most people who contact eBay with any issue at all will be told 24-48 hours

The vast majority of cases, you may as well ask them how long is a piece of string?

And they would give you the same answer

eBay do not read here

You will need to contact them if you want to tell them to fix it

They will also tell you 24-48 hours as that is what their script tells them to tell people

All you can do is keep trying with contacting them

Hopefully you will end up getting a person who really will escalate it to tech, instead of one who just 'says' they will before ending the chat and going back to their game of Frogger (or whatever it is they do) ....Snake quite possibly

I even had one say it was my postcode… even though I can buy labels off eBay with sendle direct …. What are we paying 13.5% for!!!!!???? Service isn’t it.
