why are some of my pages all screwed up?

My ebay pages are not displaying properly. I have scrunched up pages and some other sites are the same. Can this be fixed manually

There are plenty of glitches on ebay at the moment but if it is happening on other sites as well as ebay then it is not likely to be just an ebay problem.

I suggest clearing your cookies and cache then reboot your computer and see if that helps.
