Anyone having problems changing their password?

Went on to my ebay account to change my password as suggested.

( did NOT  try to do through am email link - but through account settings)

Asked for reset info to go to email - nothing ( yes  the adress is right and yes I checked junk)

licked the option of send anouther email - still nothing 

Tried next option of getting a text.

Nothing.

any ideas?

I did mine without any worries using the Orange Password Update doodad at the top of the page, just above Search.

Tried that too - no joy.
nothing coming through on email or mobile.

Are your email and mobile numbers correct?

I've done 2 through SMS and no problems.
