EBay features seem to appear then disappear WTF ????

I've noticed that some eBay features have been appearing then the next day disappearing, features like,

1, the revert to the top of the page arrow on the RH side of the page in gallery search

2, the signing in and out facility at the top left of the page

3, in the gallery search showing the sellers ID and a few other details etc.

Is eBay just stuffing around and trying things out or do some of their employee's have so little to do but muck us around all day long ?

Has anyone else noticed this weird sort of carry on ?

I found ebay site very glitchy a few days ago. I opened one of my lisitings and another seller's listing appeared - this happend a few times, but not consistently. All my listings had blank descriptions, I couldn't send or reply to messages, couldn't use Advanced search, etc etc.  After trying lots of things, the site has now stablised for me.

I did report the listing problem to ebay by phone, and they sent me a few emails, but the problem has since disappeared. Customer service did write that "We will look into this issue more so that we can report this over to our tech team. Thank you for giving us more information about this". So it might be worth reporting your problems.

Ebay have for some time been on a mission to ensure we older people do not succumb  to senile dementia by keeping our brains active negotiating the various glitches and changes in direction.

I think they are doing a great job and apologise to all you youngsters who will not appreciate their efforts for many years yet;-)
