You have 6 followers.Much like watchers on an item listed,i don't think that you can stop them.You can see their user IDs & so can anyone else who looks at your profile.

Followers are usually past buyers that like your products.

Now if they turn into stalkers, that's a little different.

Usually ignoring works in that case.
