First off this isn't ebay you are talking to it is just members like yourself. You would be better asking questions about selling on the selling board. DLL errors are very often browser related so try using chrome if you aren't already, it is the most ebay friendly browser.
You could also try downloading and using Turbo Lister, I rarely have problems listing with it.
