A day late I can add that every listing has a Report Item link on the right hand side just above the main body of the listing.
Click that and it will open a new tab/window that will give you a series of drop down menus where you can choose the most appropriate categories to report to ebay. If you think it is a serious breach and potential danger, then phoning ebay directly is your best option (details from top right of screen under Customer Support).
A little reminder to those who don't know: we are not allowed to name sellers, buyers or item numbers on the boards (well done juzza for not doing that!) but if you get nowhere on the phone with ebay you might be able to get away with listing the exact item title and board regulars can give more informed opinions.
