This is not eBay but a community forum that you've posted in.

If you have any concerns you can contact eBay through the Help & Contact tab at the top of your page, but I would just ignore the message if I was you.

If you leave your eBay tab open with no activity, it will time out after a couple of hours and force you to sign in again.
