We've launched a second returns carrier on eBay

We’ve partnered with HUBBED to expand our returns carrier options. You’ll now be able to give your buyers the option between HUBBED or Australia Post if they need to make a return. 

HUBBED is now available as our second returns carrier, enabling your buyers to drop off their return parcels at over 1,300 parcel collection points for a flat fee of $5.24* for returns up to 10kg (+$1.65 for WA interstate returns). These include convenience stores and 24/7 locations** such as BP, National Storage and independent family-owned local businesses across the country.
