Charged twice

Hi all, 

I need a hand sorting out why I have been charged twice by ebay.

I ordered 2 items via the cart and was charged separately for each item one $244 the other $227, I was then charged another $471, I cant get a hold of ebay in anyway, ive called the bank and they told me there's nothing they can do, every bit of money that goes into that account is taken straight away, im am hoping to find help soon as I get paid today and will loose it all.

Do you mean that the two seperate payments are shown on your bank account and a  $471  charge is 'pending' ?

If that's the case, the pending amount will disappear once the  two payments are processed/ cleared ?

It won't be charged again as one payment.

If that's not the case, please give further  information.

If it is not what casey has suggested (and pretty much each time someone posts here about being charged 'twice', that is exactly what it has been)

And you are saying the second charge is a real (not 'pending' charge) that you have not authorised, and your bank says they will not do anything about a charge you did not authorise, it is time to change banks
