How do you get help with a problem when there is no option in the help menu for the issue you have?
How about a "Something else" option?
For instance, what option do I choose for "order details show two of everything when I have only ordered one item?"
Is there a reason eBay makes it so difficult to contact them?
If your particular issue isn't in the limited help menu there is nothing you can do.
Even here in the forum there was no clear "board" to select for this issue so I chose "Technical issues" as it was the only forum that was close to the issue I have.
Anywho, I'm not expecting a response but at least I got too put my issue out there.
Party hearty.

You won't get a response from eBay, this is a member to member forum which nobody from eBay reads
There is a 'buying' board on here for questions that relate for buying
Or, if you would rather not wait for a member to see your post and reply, you can use the search bar to find out if others have had the same issue, and what suggestions other members gave to try to help
Or you can contact the seller
Or double check what you ordered (there are several sellers who have left you two lots of feedback, which they could not have done unless you ordered two things from them)
Or choose a 'buying' option under eBay help at the top of every page and choose the closest to you issue and go from there
But only during their operational hours

Hi Sandypebbles,
Thanks for the reply
It's definitely a fault with the website
When I click on see order two of everything is displayed with separate prices ( one even has the applied discount but the other has the full price) but total amount of the order is correct.
Probably just a glitch.
I'll check it today.
I am placing another order so I'll see if it happens again.
Take care and stay safe.
