How can you get help when your issue is not in the list of options?

If you don't have one of eBay's standard help questions then you are unable to get support.

How about a "Something Else" option?

Why does eBay make contacting them so difficult?

You can get support

By posting your problem here and getting answers/advice from other members who actually have experience using eBay for buying and seller, and who know eBay policies

Rather than contacting eBay CS who read from a pre-written script on the screen and will tell you what you want to hear to get rid of you

If you do wish to contact CS instead, select ebay help at the top of any page and select the 'closest' issue to what you need to know. Was it during their operating hours when you tried?

The call center has been closed for 2 years due to Covid

Me, I would rather start by asking advice from people who actually know what they are talking about

When you go yo the "eBay Help" button at the top of the page, select the most appropriate reason then scroll to the bottom of the page and use the "contact us" button.

Alternatively ask here and someone may be able to help you.
