I’m just wondering if eBay’s customer service ‘request a call back’ hours/ days have changed.
Last weekend (October 20th) I was able to request a call back on Sunday evening at 10pm. Today (October 27th), the following Sunday, I attempted to do the same and it’s no longer an option and says it’s only available from 9am to 6pm Monday - Friday.
Has there been a change in the last week?
Just wondering if something has changed specifically for my account or if this is the new “norm”.
It’s a shame. I really liked the flexibility of being able to get a call back any day, any time.
