Hi guys,
Just looking for some advice. Purchased a second hand dress. Looked fine in photos, nothing mentioned other than 'great' pre-owned condition (it's a size 8, which is usually on the smaller side for me). I've looked at the measurements on a third party website (measuring the same size, and it would absolutely fit me - also should state I own many dresses from this brand, and never had an issue)
Arrived today and the top of the dress is so stretched out it barely stays up on me.
What can I do? I always expect pre-owned clothes to have some wear, but this has been stretched at least one or two sizes, and is unwearable.
Would appreciate any help. I don't want to get the seller off-hand when I ask for help. I've never had this problem before, so not really sure how to go about it.
