Ebay and Flybuys

ebay annonced a while ago that they had linked up with Flybuys for the points building programme. How can I link my Flybuys account to ebay

I am not sure if it had to be done within a certain timeframe (or rather, I don't remember)

Pretty sure I logged into my Flybuys account and linked it that way, but that was within a day or two of it being offered
