Ebay delisted one of my items . How do I restore it?

A fraudster purported to buy one of my listed item by hacking the identity of another Ebay member.Ebay has delisted that iyem _How do I restore the iten?

If it is not in unsold, remain for 60 days, then you will need to redo the listing form the start.

I do hope you have opened an "unpaid item dispute" to get your fees back and blocked the "buyer". Once the dispute is closed you can relist the item.

This fraudster contacted me again yesterday , claiming to have sent the money and threatening to report me to EBay, Paypal and the police.I sent a copy of it to phishing @paypal along with the other mails from this fraud.
I’m hoping that EBay and Paypal get onto him.
Meantime EBay has sent me a full copy of the description of the delisted oitem so that I can now relist.
Unsatisfactory so far . I haven’t blocked the frauds mail as I think it’s better to send them on .
