Hello,
I am becoming increasingly frustrated at eBay's lack of action. I have over 200 listings which qualify for eBay plus status. For the past month have received zero updates and am constantly advised that it is an ongoing issue randomly impacting members. Listings created by other members (mostly the big corporates) are created daily and have the badge. Is anyone else experiencing this issue as I feel like nothing is happening. Chats are needed without any response and promised updates are never provided. Is there an onshore team in Australia I can raise this issue with?
