Ebay worst customer service

Need Genuine Help.

 

Ebay sent an email saying my account has been reinstated and can start selling and when i start it still says restricted and contacted customer service and confirmed with team too and they said yes after paying due balance i can start selling and i paid but now they say i cant sell. When i contact customer service they said it was automated email and disconnect my chat. 

 

How can i resolve this issue? Need genuine suggestion please?

I am unable to help you "solve this issue".

 

However your past feedback is very problematic which may have something to do you with your restriction... idk.
