I have left neutral feedback for a seller. I have since discovered that the issue was my own fault during the ordering process, not the seller. I am now unable to find how I can amend that feedback. Is this even possible?

I wouldn't bother given it is a scammer seller drop shipping garbage
Then again, I would not be supporting such a seller in the first place

You need to contact the seller and ask for a feedback revision request.
Once you receive the revision request, you have 10 days to revise the feedback before it expires.
