I sold an item with the incorrect size listed. Buyer has asked for a refund and has also left negative feedback and has not given me the chance to give a refund or explanation. He is saying that it is false advertising when it was an innocent mistake and not deliberate on my behalf. Any thoughts. I have asked Ebay feedback removal.

Sadly, mistakes happen and sometimes we (sellers) have to wear it. You have asked for f/b removal....they will only remove it is f/b is inappropriate (breaking rules).....don't sweat it....just move on.....1 red dot won't hurt, unless it's a new account

I was seaching for a gel mould cleaning product. You get these responses. The price they present is false. When you select the option for one item, its magically not $7 or $11 dollars as presented. The avdertised price is false and a bate to get you to look at their site. This makes me ignore eBay these days and use Amazon. The Price is the price.

This has nothing to do with the comment you posted on
Plus given your screen shot show a seller registered in China with garbage feedback, why would you want to given them pages views anyway?
eBay have zero idea if you use the site or not
The less people supporting or looking at dodgy sellers, the better

Why on earth would you even look at a product from a dropshipping Chinese seller with poor feedback ?
They're selling a lot of dangerous items too.
Goodness knows what's in the product you're looking at !
Their 'medicinal' items could kill a person and their 'electrical' items could burn down a house
