A few days ado my 123 store categories stopped showing up on the store page. "zero items to show"
On a listing page they are there on the left but when you click on a category...you guessed it...zero items to show.
5 contacts with customer service over chat and the final message was, "it may take up to 7 days or your categories to show again"...
I'm an Anchor store holder ($600/mth) with 3-4000 in sales per week.
Just an unbelievable lack of caring from customer support. no-one seems to know what the root cause is, or when/if it will be really fixed.
Anyone else had the same problem?

I might add that I have almost 3000 listings and almost all the categories have listings

Do you mean categories as in the types of stones / gems?
I can see these on the left when I click onto your red door. I've also - just now - clicked onto "citrine" and have browsed through the listings therein...

Do you mean you can see my categories on the store page (under the banner picture)?
If you click on one does it open up the listings under the category?
I still see nothing on my system

Thanks for your time checking. Yes, it seems now that custoers can see everything and all is good again!
I just can't see it on my system...weird, but not a huge problem.
