https://www.ebay.com.au/help/home
The page indicates to use 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of the page but it just leads to other pages (https://www.ebay.com.au/help/call_us?type=ContactUs&topicId=4000) with more text but no matter what options you choose none of them give the information or ability to contact Ebay. There must be an email address or phone number for support. I have spent three days trying to find how to contact Ebay support so far.

You should post the issue you are having on here.
You will receive better help & information than you would from eBay CS.

I purchased a taillight for my 1996 Ford EF wagon, described as "FORD FALCON RIGHT TAILLIGHT EA-EF WAGON 02/88-09/96 88 89 90 91 92 93 94 95 96 9". When received the light does not fit a Ford EF Wagon (nor an EB or ED) so it's not as described. Using the 'Return the item' link in the completed order does not work as it states that the seller does not accept returns but I'm pretty sure that by Australian law you cannot sell something that's falsely described (it's fraud if nothing else). As I have stated above trying to contact Ebay support to complain about this has been unsuccessful.
Any help offered is much appreciated.

Lodge an item not as described dispute

There are two separate processes for a return.
One is for change of mind/buyer’s remorse. That’s the only sort of return which a seller can rule out. When a seller’s listing shows no returns, it applies to this sort of return.
The other is for INAD/SNAD (not as described). The “no returns” spiel doesn’t apply to this. Under eBay’s Money Back Guarantee, you have 30 days from the date of the item being delivered to lodge a return/refund claim for an item not as described. The seller will need to provide you with a return label (assuming seller is in Australia), you’ll send back the item using this label, and upon return delivery confirmation you will be fully refunded.

As twyn and the countess have told you, you need to open a formal Item Not As described dispute.
No returns is for change of mind.
No point contacting eBay support. All you need to do is utilise the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

How can I contact Ebay support?
Using your first hyperlink, scroll down and click on the blue "Contact us" button... then click on "Buying"... then click on "Return an item for a refund"... finally, click on "Chat with our automated assistant". Although you'd be better served to scroll past that last hyperlink and instead click on "Start a return" under the subheading "Other options for you".
For your future reference, it may be helpful to remember that eBay help is bot driven. It assumes that people are capable of making the appropriate selections which are relevant to their situation, and relies on them doing so. Without those selections, one will never end up at the correct/desired destination.
