You could try their Facebook site, they apparently are quick to act on posts there.

Do as @Padi suggests - send them a friendly PM on Monday via their FB site. They are really busy right now, but usually respond within 24 hours. Much quicker to do it this way than lodging a case on their website.

As an aside, I couple of years ago I had sent several items from Perth over to the east coast and after a few weeks I started getting some customers asking where their items were as the tracking was not updating. All within the same week. Contacted Aus Post and after a few days of investigation they advised me that one of their trucks had caught fire and most of the items were burned up, including 3 of the items I had sent. That was definitely unexpected, but mishaps definitely do happen!

A few years ago I had just given up on some parcels (not ebay purchases) when I received a letter from AP saying a stolen van with some contents had been recovered and released by the police. I had to front up to  a local mail sorting office with proof of Id showing my address. There were a lot of people there to collect  parcels that had been in the same van.
