Hi,
I'm new to eBay SELLING.
I listed my iPhone as "pickup only" (from Sydney).
After the sale and payment was made the buyer, the buyer informed me that they were in Brisbane.
I haven't been able find a way to change the item from 'pickup' to being 'shipped'.
I have found a way to print out a eBay 'shipping label', but I'm worried that the payment won't be released due to there being no PHYSICAL pickup.
Will me printing out a eBay shipping label be enough to get paid. Obviously I plan on shipping the iPhone with insurance and signature required.
Need your help - please respond.
Cheers,
Grant

pick-up only........cancel with the reason " do not ship to this address'....
is the buyer willing to pay postage?
Are you signed up to MP in order to be paid?
sorry.....but lots of red flags here.........
Have you read the 'sellers T&C's"?

You appear to have sold this phone twice on consecutive days.
What happened?
As a new seller selling an Iphone you are a magnet for scammers.
You listed the phone as pick up only & should stick to that.
I would cancel the sale as problem with buyer's address.

And now the phone's been sold again, which makes it three times sold in 2 days !
Is the last sale, which you listed with free postage, from one of the previous two "buyers" ?
"but I'm worried that the payment won't be released"
Does this mean you've registered to sell, signed up for managed payments and understand your payment will be on hold for 30 days ?

You have sold the same phone three times
Nobody here can help you with that
But if you do not indeed have three identical phones, all with the same identical damage, then expect htree very unhappy buyers
And no money if you have not signed up for Managed Payments
This is one of the reasons for it, and for the hold on funds for all new sellers
