Or if you want to  contact eBay in working hours, go to eBay Help at the top of the page, follow the prompts until you get to the  automated assistant then ask to speak to an agent

Other buyers and sellers with experience using eBay and who know the policies

Rather than a human from eBay typing generic responses from pre written scripts
