Hi,
I bought an item as a guest. It is to use 'in an online game'.
The item delivers electronically by replying to a message that advises to include my user name only.
When I reply to this message ebay asks me to sign in.
As it was bought as a guest I can't 'sign in' because ebay then tells me I haven't bought anything.
I have emailed the seller but haven't got a reply because the delivery process is automatic and uses the message system so i guess the owner doesn't check the messages.
The seller has several hundred sales on ebay and they have been a member for a long period of time.
Appreciate any help so I can get my item delivered.
