Im confused. My bank is showing 3 transactions made. I had difficulty buying product. No receipt no purchase history of item. Ive emailed seller with no reply. Any ideas?

Did you get an email from eBay confirming your purchase when you bought the item (something like "your order is confirmed")?

No nothing it keep saying to check my payment options. Which made no sense because I know there was money in my account. I even screenshot it.

There could be a problem with the seller's account (for example if his/her bank account has not been verified). This happened recently to someone here, but the error message that person got was that the payment did not go through, or something like that, and did not mention a problem on the seller's side. Contact eBay via live chat to know what is going on. That's how that person found out that the problem was actually with the seller's account.

There is no phone number for eBay CS at the moment because of COVID, you have to use the "ebay help" at the top of the page.
Did you pay by bank transfer or by Paypal ?

As padi said, there is no phone number at the moment. Go to the help page and start a live chat if you want to talk to them. You might have to go through some steps before being connected to an agent.
