Due to Covid 19 here in Western Australia(the borders were open only 2 months ago)and labour shortages

As a result of widespread labour shortages in Western Australia, we’re seeing delivery delays for Perth-bound parcels. We’re working closely with delivery partners to make sure your parcels arrive as quickly and safely as possible.)
We have lost our top seller rating and we have contacted Ebay from May 13th and ask them to step in for us and remove the defects from their back end.
They have replied yes we will do it for you because we understand that it is something out of your controll
Unfortunally after 7 phone calls and 10 emails they have not done it
Please guys any suggestion will be appreciated
