As answered on your other post
This sounds like a scammer
eBay do not ring members about taking money out of their account
When they rang, what details did you give the caller?

It wasn't a person it was a machine so I didn't get to say anything. So I panic and got on to eBay to see what and why this was happening. I finally got on to a very nice person asked him how do I know you are from eBay? The he told me do not give any information out, he then put me on hold while he checked my account, and he got back to me and said there is nothing to say on your account that any money has been taken from your account. He said it was a fraud. So thank you so much for answering me that was so nice of you.

eBay would not normally phone you about deductions from your account.
This sounds very much like a scam call, I do hope you didn't give any details about your account to the caller.
If you did you would be wise to change all your passwords.

It sounds like a scam to me too. They (eBay) don't call people like that, and when they do have a reason to call them, they also send a message to their eBay message box to confirm it's eBay.
If you have given them your details, I would recommend contacting your bank immediately to cancel your card. If not, just ignore them.

There is a difference between an email claiming to have deducted money and having had money deducted.
Have you checked your account? Has the money actually been deducted?
I'm with the rest - eBay never ring about things like this. They never ring about anything, pretty much.
