When you open a dispute case INAD and ask eBay to step in do they look at your message exchanges with the seller to help them resolve the issue?

Please stay with your original post in the other forum. It gets too confusing if you have multiple threads running at the same time, for the same issue.

It's regarding the same issue but it's a different question and also a general question regarding ebay purchase disputes in general. If l add it to that thread it may be overlooked and go unanswered........But ok

It won't be overlooked or go unanswered, because anyone following the thread can read it and answer. In fact, anyone in the world can read the thread and answer. Things get missed and overlooked when there are multiple threads about the same issue.
