I sent a parcel to a commercial address where recipients husband works, It got delivered to the local Post office. The buyer now has it as confirmed by a text message from her but my listing is still showoing AWAITING COLLECTION. Anyone know how to get that changed to DELIVERED?
The buyer has acknowledged receipt, although they should have done so through eBay. More importantly, buyer non-collection is not supposed to be an MBG trigger.
Don't worry about it until and unless there is a dispute.
