Payouts on hold due to pick-up not posting

Hi Ebay community.

I recently sold items on Ebay and buyer called me to arrange local pick-up rather than posting.  I had already printed the postage label and I can't find where I can change/cancel postage and select local pick-up.  My funds have been on hold from 12 December and status is "item sent" (probably because I printed the postage label).  Status is not showing "Delivered" because buyer picked it up.  How do you change this or contact Ebay to correct?

When you have pick-up, you must scan a code that is sent to the buyer. Without it you’ve no proof of delivery.

Your buyer won’t have had that code because you didn’t sell this ad a pickup item.
