The buyer has not left you feedback, which there is nothing stopping them from doing
You (the seller) cannot mark it as received
Did you enter the wrong tracking number, or did you print an eBay label then not use it and posted with your own tracking instead? Does it allow you to edit the incorrect tracking with the correct one?
And most importantly, before worrying about anything else, have you completed sign up to Managed Payments and been verified to sell before you started up again?
Your last feedback as a seller is 'more than a year ago' so eBay will see you as a 'new' seller and your funds will be on hold for up to 30 days accordingly
