Print the postage label links

i am doing a return item to seller who do not accept returned

Once he accepted returned i gotten an email with a link directing to how to print the label.

When i click on the print the lable. It say the following even though i have not returned anything and trying to figured out how to get the postal label details.

Sellers don't get to 'not accept returns' (unless a change of mind return)

Was it a change of mind on your part?

Did the seller himself send you this email personally?

The last two sellers to leave you feedback are both registered in China, was it one of those sellers?

Did you actually open a dispute (if there was something wrong with what you were sent?)
