Bulk Edit of Item Description

I have done a bulk edit of all my eBay listings in which I tried to change a couple of lines in my Descriptions. I followed the instructions but the lines have not been changed after more than a week.

Contacting Ebay

Has anyone else noticed you can't contact Ebay about an account issue, especially one caused by ebay.There is no "OTHER" option in their contact section under accounts. Maybe there should be an "ebay caused issues" option
