ebay customer care - does not work

I have been with ebay for 16yrs. I have paid ebay plus fees and have Paypal statement to prove it, but after ebay withdrew the fees twice they repaid 1 and offered me gift voucher for the mistake. Then tjey say I still owe the fees and have restricted my account. I have contacted customer care 3 times, been transferred to team that deals with it and still no change. They won't even let me close my account- what a joke.

My only alternative to resolve issue and prevent it from happening to others is to  make formal complaint to the ACCC.  Trying to ask Tim McKinnon for explanation

ebay customer care - does not work

Thats only the start of it they cover all their bases with 3 pages of google help customer screens ,but  none address the problem, since blue screen everyone is a bot.

 

Sent password verification number  to my phone inserted, denied all times.

 

Its obvious they rely 100 % on their programs, that have been up graded to cancel client communicate.

Yep long time ebay player, no longer Ebay Stayer!
