I've just wasted an hour trying to track down an account that dosen't exisit because eBay is incorrectly loading a bank name.
On the payout screen it says "Sent to ANZ ending in 8812"
My bank account that is connected, which does indeed end in 8812, is Up Bank, a subsidiary of Bendigo Bank.
Not sure where eBay is pulling in the ANZ label from.
Up Bank is one of the fastest growing banks in Australia at the moment, so I doubt I'm the only one massively confused by this. When one tries to remove the false ANZ account, eBay requires you to input the account number from "ANZ ending in 8812" which leads to additional confusion.
Any hope that this bug is escalated and fixed?

I am having this issue as well. Any update from Ebay?
I was unable to go in and change my bank account. I've just had a payout and I am not sure where its been transferred to!
I also can't provide the full account number when I want to change. I might have to set up a new account 😞

It has been over 18 months since the OP posted
Your payout will be paid into whatever account you provided
You can't 'change' after the fact
Did you not sign up to Managed Payments and be verified to sell before you listed, as you were required to do?
You won't be paid into the new account either, that will be the same
