Purchase not happy with , but seller doesn't accept returns

I purchased a box of used CD seller said they were very good and most are not that great , he doesn't accept returns how do I take further because he isn't getting back to me and there is nothing on site to take it further.

The seller can't not accept returns (deny a refund) if the item(s) are not as described

A seller can only not accept returns for change of mind on the buyer's part. It does'nt matter what the listing 'says'

If it is not as described, the seller has no choice. You should know this, being an experienced seller yourself

If you are within the time limit, open a not as described case and follow through with it (no matter what the seller says, if anything)
